This means that the seed lots used in Barenbrug turf mixtures have been certified by DEFRA (Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs). The seed is then independently tested both before and after mixing to ensure that it is of turf quality. Barenbrug is the first grass seed company to formally introduce this strict system of seed testing.
