• There is no entry fee
• You must be the photographer and owner of the copyright for any image entered
• The competition will run from June 20 2011 to March 31 2012
• Closing dates for weekly prizes are midnight each Sunday
• The 3 yearly prizes of a printed canvas will be drawn once the competition has finished (after March 31 2012)
• The competition is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
• The winner will be contacted by email
• You can enter a maximum of three images and all entries must be emailed to marketing@baruk.co.uk with name, full address and contact details provided
• There is no cash or other alternative to the Prizes stated and the Prizes are not transferable and no part or parts of the Prizes may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. The Prizes cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
• The judge’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Use the maximum quality setting on your camera to have the best chance of your image being selected
• Please keep digital manipulation such as cloning and compositing to a minimum; your photograph should faithfully represent the scene as you saw it.
• The user retains the rights to all of his or her media, and by submitting, grants permission to Barenbrug UK Ltd to display or use submissions in any promotional material

• Only photos deemed suitable for public viewing will be displayed. Approved photos will be displayed on our Facebook page
• Weekly winners photographs will also be posted on our Facebook page and the winner will be announced on our Facebook page
